Born in Florida 1985, and raised on a farm in Asheville, North Carolina, Chase Rice, has become one of the biggest selling stars of the 21st Century. Rice, singer, and songwriter, grew up in his childhood listening to country music from the likes of Garth Brooks and other prominent musicians, of whom reshuffled, revolutionized, updated and made country music into somewhat analogous in-line with pop, in the 1990’s. During his High School years and College as well, Rice, put more effort, time, dedication and vigor into sports, playing on the football team, University of North-Carolina, as a linebacker. An unanticipated injury, however, sidelined his promising football career, but marked a new age in the start of his music career for it was then that he finally picked up a guitar and began writing songs. After his graduation from college, Rice got selected, as part the Pit Crew NASCAR Hendrick Motorsports. Additionally, he took the chance to the best of his advantage, playing out his music in the bars of Charlotte, whenever the opportunity arose, and occasionally flying out to Nashville during weekends to participate in the songwriter nights. Chase Rice first came to public’s eye, and achieved the start of his recognition in 2010, as a contestant on Nicaragua, where he emerged second in the running. Rice’s first Studio Album released on April 22, 2010, called Friday Nights and Sunday Mornings. A thirteen track album that included his first ever written/ recorded song, “Larger Than Life,” which talks about the passing of his father. In March 2011, Rice released his second album, a Six Track EP, titled, Country as Me Album, and Followed by the full-length album “Dirt Road Communion,” released in April 2012, all of which of which performed well on the charts. In July 2012, Rice signed with Creative Artists Agency, and was the Co-Writer of “Cruise,” by Florida Georgia Line, which propelled his career forward, topping the Billboard Hot Country Songs, spending over a year in heavy rotation. He later on signed with Columbia Nashville, marking the release his major album label debuted “Ignite the Night,” in August 2014, the album included the platinum single, “Ready Set Roll,” which peaked on the Country Charts. “Gonna Wanna Tonight,” another country top 10, following release in 2014. Rice then spent the next year recording a new album, with “Whisper,” being the first result from the sessions, appearing in early 2016. “Everybody We Know Does,” The second single from the upcoming album titled, was sent to radio on June 24, 2016.
